Planting a better tomorrow

‘Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago….’

The NSS volunteers of Seethi Sahib HSS planted saplings to beautify the campus and hoping for a greener and better tomorrow. The programme was organised on 28th of June, Thursday by the NSS unit of the school under the leadership of programme officer Mr. Moidu Parammal. Renowned writer Mr. V H Nishad, Assistant Professor of Journalism in Sir Syed College, inaugurated the programme in the presence of Principal Mr. Kasim M.

During the occasion, various saplings have been planted beside the way to school. The volunteers expressed their happiness in being the part of such an event and shared their dreams. They said “in coming years, they would grow up and stand as an imprint of our little pain”. The efforts will remain as a contribution to the green belt of the school.

‘The future will either be green or not at all…’
